Every appointment is specially reserved for you and making your hair beautiful! As a courtesy to me and waiting guest I ask that you please give me a 48hr in advance notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. I require a credit card to be on file to reserve an appointment (card is not charged unless guest cancels/reschedules less than 48hrs in advance or doesn't show up to their appointment.) Any cancellations or rescheduling done in less than 48hrs prior to your scheduled time will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee. In the event that you don't show up to your appointment, I am unable to fill in your reservation therefore 100% of your service total will be charged. Guest is considered a no show if they're 15mins late or don't show up to the reserved appointment.
